My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. The accommodation was not at all as advertised, particularly lacking air conditioning, which was a real inconvenience given the heat. The rude treatment from the staff when I raised my concerns added to the frustration, and the location made it tough to access the city center. While I expected something decent for the price, it felt more like a scam due to the overall lack of quality and service.
